This Privacy Policy describes how Cornerstone Masonry of
Alabama (hereinafter "our" or " us" or " we")
collects, uses and discloses personal information that we obtain about you when
you access or use our online and/or mobile website at www.csmasonry.com collectively, the "Site").


Our Privacy Policy is intended to provide you with a clear
explanation of how we will collect and use your personal information. For
purposes of this policy, when we say “you” we mean a visitor who accesses our
Site or uses our Site to obtain information and/or services from us relating to
our home and/or commercial contracting services (“Services”). Please read this

INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR
TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; AND b) OUR (AND OUR AFFILIATES’ AND SUPPLIERS’) MAXIMUM
AGGREGATE LIABILITY (WHETHER ARISING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR IN ANY OTHER WAY)
UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL
NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF A) FEES PAID TO US BY THE YOU DURING THE 12 MONTHS
PRECEDING THE CLAIM GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY OR B) $500.
